2. Description of Service

NoteKeeper is a web-based note-keeping application that allows users to create, store, and access notes using a unique ID and PIN system. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your note IDs and PINs secure and confidential
  • All content you create or store using the Service
  • Using the Service in compliance with all applicable laws
  • Not using the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Store, share, or distribute illegal content
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Violate any intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malware or other harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service

5. Data and Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data. However:

  • PINs are hashed and cannot be recovered if forgotten
  • We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data
  • You are responsible for backing up important information
  • We may delete inactive notes after extended periods of inactivity

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by iiniit and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iiniit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
